Abstract (Resumen en Ingles)

Throughout history, there have existed activities wich help mental stimulation and prepare the human being against real situations wich require cognitive effort in strategic levels; at the same time, it establishes a previous fact vision, so it prepares the individual to response in any unexpected situation. Chess is one of those stimulating activities, and is very important in the intellectual plane, but also in all the aspects of the society as you may thought. Its benefits have been begun to beunderstood hardly, and its goes beyond than just a game or sport, in Latin American countries like Cuba, it´s already a mandatory class in all the schools. Day to day, more and more countrys like Venezuela have been incorporating to their classrooms these knowledge that develop the emotional intelligence (as writen on Daniel Goleman's book "Emotional Intelligence"). Venezuela has sinned a little bit in this aspect and has had a slowly incorporation in this Chess education process as a topic of study and investigation, even in high educational standars such as the Universities.

ASOAJEDRENE (Association of Chess of the State of New Sparta) is an association without profit aims whose tries to obtain the evolution of this sport in the New Sparta State, nevertheless, has not had the sufficient technological resources to make arrive the Chess to all the corners of the education in this State. Seeing this problem, the authors went to the maximun authority of this organism, Mr. Atanasio Brito, to help this process of education with technological tools that facilitate the diffusion of these knowledge.

There is a group of chess players who do not find out the events made by the Association when being domiciled in other latitudes. For this reason, these players who at some moment were active players in New Sparta are excluded from the registries of the Association, that has between its primary targets necessary updating all the information referring to the chess players of the State, process that at the moment for of manual and repetitive way whenever an event appears, which brings as consequence the lost one of time in the planning and in the case of the matches difficulty for the categorization of the selection players, that become through you formulate mathematics that calculate the ELO (score for the world-wide classification), and in players become fond of or nascent by ages.

На протяжении истории, существовала активность, которая помогает мыслительному стимулированию и готовит человека перед различными ситуациями, которые требовали бы умственного усилия на стратегическом уровне, и в то же время даёт предварительный взгляд на происшествия, готовя индивида к ответу перед любой непредвиденной ситуацией. Шахматы - одна из этой стимулирующей активности, и не только важно думать в интеллектуальной плоскости но и во всех аспектах общества. Сейчас едва начинают понимать эту выгоду, которая распространяется за пределами простой игры или спорта и, в латиноамериканских странах как Куба (Исследования Латиноамериканской Федерации Шахмат), это уже обязательный материал в школах. Все больше стран как Венесуэла включили эти знания в общеобразовательные классы , которые развивают Эмоциональный Ум (Даньел Големан в его книге "Эмоциональный Ум"). Венесуэла замешкала с этим аспектом и начала медленное включение в вышеупомянутый процесс с Шахматами, исследуя и изучая, включая высокие воспитательные учреждения такие как Университеты.

ASOAJEDRENE (Ассоциация Шахмат Нового государства Esparta), является некоммерческой ассоциацией , которая пытается развить этот спорт в Новом государстве Esparta, однако, не имея технологических ресурсов, достаточных, для того, чтобы внедрить Шахматы во все общеобразовательные учреждения в этом государстве.
